If you are familiar with Liquid's other works, you pretty much know that this is probably a dark eroge, and you will be right.
A pirate, murdered long ago, gets ahold of your body and impersonates you, a navy official under the orders of the queen.
From there, the pirates personality will start to overtake that of the navy official, and will use those power to his own gains, trying to turn all the land into a pirate haven, and taken advantage of his position as an official to gain the favor of everyone around him.
